My Roku TV (new) disconnects from the internet every evening when turned off. I have a Spectrum modem - newer one - 2018. The TV is connected wireless but is not far from the router. Any help?
I have to reset my router because If I try to start the cd again it says that I cannot get a router connection. Change the channel that the modem/router transmits and receives the wireless signal on for interference issues. If you detect the signal with no issues but can't connect turn off security on the wireless and check the connection. If the device still doesn't connect it is an issue with the wireless device.
